Given our region, where pulses are traditionally dominant, green gram or mung is the natural intercrop to Pigeon pea. Cultivating food that is native to the area holds significant importance in the practice of natural farming. And, despite experiencing minimal rainfall, we have successfully grown one season of green gram through rain-fed farming, thereby maintaining the local traditions.
