Given our location in a region where pulses are traditionally dominant, black gram or urad naturally thrives in our area. Despite being more challenging to maintain, black gram is highly nutritious and essential for modern lifestyles. We have successfully cultivated one season of black gram through rain-fed farming, continuing our local agricultural traditions despite minimal rainfall.
